Jill Bilka, Executive Director

I first got involved with CVSC in 2022 and stepped into the role of Communications Coordinator when asked by a friend if I could help out. I have a passion for bringing people and resources together and was happy to step into a role to help this community thrive. I feel communication is a foundational piece of any organization, or truly, any relationship in our lives. It was my pleasure to help elevate the communication and connections within our club!

As our club grew, the need for further support grew as well. I am honored to now serve in the role of Executive Director to further help connect, guide, and support this wonderful soccer community to future success and sustainability. All three of my sons have, or currently are, playing with CVSC. Having never played soccer myself, I have been learning a lot as a soccer mom!

Beyond soccer, I run a business consulting practice that pulls my strengths in organization and communication. I help my clients with business operations, communications, events, project management, and "other duties as assigned".

When I'm not busy working behind a screen or on soccer sidelines, you'll likely find me on a trail, supporting a local craft brewery, or with my nose in a book.
