2026-2027 Season Kick-off Event
To kick-off the upcoming season, we’d like to invite all of our members to join us for a fun, family-friendly event.
This is an exclusive event for members of our club.
Event Overview
Date: Wednesday, July 22nd
Time: 6-8pm
Location: George Fox University Austin Sports Complex
Join us for a night of community! We’ll have games, raffle prizes, dunk a coach, some beverages and snacks, and other fun surprises in store for you.
This is a great opportunity to meet our coaches and other families. You’ll also be able to learn about ways to get more involved with the club.
It’s an event you won’t want to miss and there is no cost to attend!
Please fill out our RSVP form by Friday, July 10th to help us in our planning and preparations.
Raffle Prizes!
We’ll have multiple prizes that you can enter to win at this event. Tickets will be available for purchase for a small fee. Money from the raffle will go toward replenishing our scholarship fund.

Dunk a Coach
Players get a chance to dunk their coach! What’s more fun than that?
Fun & Games
Come enjoy some yard games with us. We’ll have a little bit of everything for a fun family night out.
Food Trucks
No need to make dinner, as there will be some food trucks on site where you can buy dinner or a treat, and a portion of the money comes back to the club! You’ll have options from Hot Shots BBQ, Crust and Corner, and Kona Ice to choose from. A little something for everyone in the family.
Gear Exchange
Kids grow quickly and gear sadly does not grow with them. Our club has collected cleats and other soccer related items that are ready to pass on to another family. Before you buy new, check to see if we have some gear that would fit your player.
We Are Seeking Food Truck and Beverage Sponsors as well as Raffle Package Donations

We have families involved in our club from all over Yamhill County and beyond. In the past year, we have seen participation from: Amity, Aurora, Beaverton, Carlton, Dayton, Dundee, Forest Grove, Hillsboro, Lafayette, McMinnville, Newberg, Portland, Sherwood, St. Paul, Tigard, Tualatin, Wilsonville, Yamhill.
So this is a great way to get a little exposure for your business and make a difference in your community.
