2025 - 2026 Season Kick-off Event

To kick-off the upcoming season, we’d like to invite all of our members to join us for a fun, family-friendly event.

This is an exclusive event for members of our club.

Event Overview

Date: Tuesday, July 22nd

Time: 6-8pm

Location: Water Oasis - 15055 NE Dopp Rd, Newberg, OR 97132

Join us for a night of community! We’ll have some beverages and small bites, raffle prizes, a gear exchange, and other fun surprises in store for you.

This is a great opportunity to meet our coaches and other families. You’ll also be able to learn about ways to get more involved with the club.

It’s an event you won’t want to miss and there is no cost to attend!

Please fill out our RSVP form by Friday, July 11th to help us in our planning and preparations.

Fun & Games

Whether it’s dunking your favorite coach, or enjoying some backyard games. We’ll have a little bit of everything for a fun family night out.

Raffle Prizes!

We’ll have several raffle prizes that you can enter to win at this event. Tickets will be available for purchase for a small fee. Money from the raffle will go toward replenishing our scholarship fund.

Whether you’re interested in family fun, wine tasting, sweets, coffee, dining, restocking your wine cellar or any of the many items we have put together for you – come ready to take a chance and maybe you’ll have the lucky ticket!

Ticket Cost – $5/each (Payment accepted: credit card or cash)

Gear Exchange

Kids grow quickly and gear sadly does not grow with them. Our club has collected cleats and other soccer related items that are ready to pass on to another family.

Before you buy new, check to see if we have some gear that would fit your player.

Want to support our club with a donation? Reach out and let’s have a conversation. At our inaguaral Season Kick-off event last year we had over 300 people in attendance.

We have families involved in our club from all over Yamhill County and beyond. In the past year, we have seen participation from: Amity, Aurora, Beaverton, Carlton, Dayton, Dundee, Forest Grove, Hillsboro, Lafayette, McMinnville, Newberg, Portland, Sherwood, St. Paul, Tigard, Tualatin, Wilsonville, Yamhill.

So this is a great way to get a little exposure for your business and make a difference in your community.
