In youth sports, community is everything. Over the years, and especially in recent times, we’ve seen families quietly struggle through job loss, medical issues, and life’s unexpected turns. Soccer can be a source of connection, joy, and stability and we want every child to experience that, regardless of circumstance.
Soccer Giving is our way of making sure no family in our soccer community feels alone during the holidays.
Together, we’re building more than just athletes, we’re developing confident, connected, and resilient young people who thrive on and off the field.
This season, we’re launching Soccer Giving, a simple, heartfelt way for our soccer community to support one another. We believe in stepping up for one another, and and off the pitch.
Whether you want to give or you know a family in need, there are two easy ways to participate.
We hope to wrap up collections and nominations by the first week of December, so we can begin delivering gifts early enough for families to feel supported during the holiday season.

As you’re out doing your own holiday shopping, consider picking up a little extra to support CVSC families who could use a helping hand.
We are accepting:
Gift cards for groceries, gas, warm winter clothing, or holiday gifts (examples could be: Grocery Outlet, Safeway, BiMart, Fred Meyers, Target, Walmart or even Visa gift cards to be spent at any local business)
Cash donations, which CVSC leadership will use to purchase gift cards on your behalf (any amount - every gift truly makes a difference)

Life gets tough. If your family is navigating financial difficulty, we're here for you. No judgment, no questions asked beyond how we can get gifts to you.
Know a CVSC player or family having a hard time right now? You can submit a confidential nomination to let us know someone could use a little extra care.
Privacy Matters
All requests and nominations are handled with complete confidentiality. Details are shared only with the small committee responsible for distributing support.
No child, parent, or coach will ever be told who requested or received help.
